Eliezer (Moodi) Sandberg, Chairman of the Board -
Mr. Sandberg is Former Minister of National Infrastructures (Energy & Water) and Former Minister of Science and Technology. Mr. Sandberg has been the Founder and Chairman of the Israeli Parliament Subcommittee on Hi-Tech. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Israel-Vietnam Friendship Union, Chairman of the Israel-Brazil Friendship Union, as well as Founder and Chairman of the Israel-Africa Friendship Union. Mr Sandberg served as former political advisor to the Science and Technology Committee of the Council of Europe. Mr. Sandberg currently serves as the Head of the National Science and Technology Council of Kazhakhtan. Mr. Sandberg has served as Director of Energtek's subsidiary Gatal Ltd.
Lev Zaidenberg -
A highly experienced international high-tech entrepreneur and manager, Mr. Zaidenberg co-founded Angstore Technologies in 2002. Prior to 2002 Mr. Zaidenberg started and managed several successful hi-tech companies in Israel, Europe and the USA. From 1984 to 2004, Mr. Zaidenberg served as consultant to the Israeli Defense Forces in computer auditing and security. He has received awards for inventive contributions and solutions by the Israeli Air Force and the Israeli Computer Society. Mr. Zaidenberg received a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Yishai Aizik -
Mr. Aizik is an Israeli Attorney at Law also registered at the State Bar of California (FLC). He holds an LLB from the College of Management Law School and an LLM from Bar Ilan University. Mr. Aizik was Co-founder and Senior Managing Partner of Adam Law Firm providing legal and strategic business consultation for Israeli and United States companies. He was also a Co-founder of Justice Haim Cohen Center for the Legal Protection of Human Rights where he worked pro-bono for the underprivileged.
Dr. Zhenia Fleisher -
Since 2005, Dr. Fleisher has been a Senior Research Scientist with Symrise Inc. in, New Jersey. Since 2003, she has been an Adjunct Professor at Ramapo College. From 2002 until 2005, she was a Director of Research at Manheimer Inc. Dr. Fleisher was the Manager of the Botanicals and Flavors Group at Danisco (Cultor Food Science, Pfizer Food Science) in New York, from 1996 until 2002. Between 1976 and 1996, she held various positions as a scientific researcher. Dr. Fleisher holds a PhD and MS in Chemistry from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and received her B.S. in Chemistry from the St. Petersburg State University.

Mr. de Bournonville brings over 20 years experience in exporting and finance. He was the founder of Mondial Telecom, and was Financial Director of Econophone, Inc. in New York. In Europe, Mr. de Bournonville has served in executive positions with Europ Assistance France, and Europ Assistance Belgique, and was an international consultant with IMCO. Mr. de Bournonville has an MBA in International Finance from l'Institut Cooremans, Business Angel Academy, and a BA from l'Ecole de Commerce Solvay.
Jacob (Yaki) Enoch , Israel -
Chairman of the Board of the Israeli Car Importers Association. Mr. Enoch has served as General Manager of Eldan Rent a Car and General Manager of Union Motors Ltd. Israeli Toyota Distributor. He was National Sales and Marketing Manager for Mediterranean Car Agency Ltd. and Managing Director of Israel's KIA Distributor. Prior, Mr. Enoch was Executive Director of Korean Motors Israel, and President of Europcar Israel. Mr. Enoch holds a BEc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Marketing from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
Douglas Horne , USA -
Mr. Horne is the President of the Clean Vehicle Education Foundation (CVEF). He is a Consultant to the US DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory, with the responsibility of organizing and managing the NGV Technology Forum. Mr. Horne is Consultant to Brookhaven National Laboratory, responsible for development of Liquefied Natural Gas vehicle and infrastructure codes and standards. He is the Chair of SAE Alternate Fuels Subcommittee for standards development. Previously, Mr. Horne was Founder, Chairman, and Director of Research and Development for AGL Adsorbent Research Group, an international research consortium for the development of adsorbent based natural gas storage.

Mr. Kerez is the CEO of JSC Brinkford Banking Groups, responsible for the general management of numerous companies including: Diamantbank (Kiev, Ukraine), JSZ Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Factory (Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine), Zaliv Shipyard (Kerch, Crimea), JSC Plast Private Gas and Oil Exploration Company (Poltava, Ukraine), and JSC Stroyindustriya Cement Factory (Bakhchisarai, Crimea).
Gregorio Kopyto, Argentina -
From 1989 through 2007, Mr. Kopyto was CEO of the Argentinean CNG Chamber. During that time, he participated in the government commissions that created CNG and NGV legislation in Argentina. For 18 years, Mr. Kopyto was a Manager of Engineering and Commercial divisions of Exxon Argentina where he supervised the construction & operation of fuel plants, refineries, fuel stations, fuel provision to airplanes, and LPG provision. Prior, he served as the Head of the Sales Division of Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales for five years, responsible for the maintenance, upgrading and security of all fuel stations.
Joseph Shefet, Austria -
Mr. Shefet is a Member of the Israeli Bar association since 1968 and a Member of the American Bar Association since 1986. He is Member of the Israeli Certified Public Accountants Association since 1973, Member of the International Fiscal Association since 1976, and Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners since 1998. Previously, Mr. Shefet served as Deputy Director of the Income Tax Authority of the State of Israel. He is a Senior Partner in an Israeli law firm, with liaison offices in New York, Brussels and Vienna. Mr. Shefet has served as Counsel on international taxation in the Viennese law offices of Jarolim-Singer-Specht since 2003. He is certified as LLB, MBA, and CPA, and is author of 4 books in the field of International Taxation.
