Appropriate paperwork has been filed to officially incorporate Energtek Philippines Ltd.  Energtek Philippines, a subsidiary of Energtek Inc., will conduct commercial operations in the Philippines, the site of the world's first commercial ANG project. 

Projects planned for the Philippines include ANG-2-3 technology for 3-wheelers, and Low-pressure Mobile Pipeline systems for industrial consumers.

VALLEY STREAM, N.Y., Oct. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Energtek Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: EGTK) subsidiary, Angstore Technologies Ltd, announced the successful completion of the first ever reported set of road tests of one of the most widespread scooters in India converted to run on ANG (Adsorbed Natural Gas). This is the first reported worldwide motorcycle to operate utilizing ANG technology. Based upon these successful tests, the company expects to begin serial conversions of motorcycles during 2008.

The ANG technology allows storing Natural Gas under lower pressures than Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), the prevalent technology for Natural Gas Vehicles (NGV), does. The lower pressure used by ANG technology allows significant savings in the infrastructure costs of filling stations, allowing for lower fuel costs for the end-user, and may also enable a more efficient use of the vehicle's space. Additionally, at the same pressure levels, ANG technology permits storing greater amounts of natural gas than CNG does, thus enabling longer driving ranges.

On October 15, 2007 following a proposal of Doron Uziel, director and former CEO of the Company, the Board of Directors nominated Lev Zaidenberg as the new CEO of Energtek Inc. In the said meeting Mr. Uziel expressed that following the significant expansion in the activities of the Company, and the expected expansion, he won't be able to dedicate to it the time it requires, and proposed to nominate Lev Zaidenberg, that fulfilled the position of President, as the new CEO. The other Board members commended the role fulfilled by Doron Uziel as CEO, and supported the nomination of Lev Zaidenberg as the new CEO.

Ukcyl Ltd., an Energtek's subsidiary, has signed an agreement with Dynatech Furnaces (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd for the supply of equipment for the cylinder production plant being built by Ukcyl. The equipment purchased is a central element in the planned factory. With this purchase Ukcyl has completed the ordering of all the main equipment required for the factory.

As of August 27, pursuant to the agreement dated June 29, 2006, Energtek purchased additional stock of Angstore, owing approximately 72.5% of Angstore's stock.On the same day an agreement was executed for the purchase of the other 27.5% of the shares in exchange for 550,000 shares of Energtek Inc.

Energtek received an aggregate of $1,295,000 from several warrant-holders as a result of the exercise of a total of 3,716,666 warrants.

During July 19 and July 31 the company signed Subscription Agreements for over 2.4 million units of shares and warrants, sold at $0.50 per unit (as per the round of financing that started at the end of February 2007).

Pursuant to the agreement dated June 29, 2007, Energtek purchased additional stock of Angstore, owing approximately 68.3% of Angstore's stock.

The Company has expanded its management staff following the decision of the Board to appoint Mr. Lev Zaidenberg as President. Mr. Zaidenberg is also a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Angstore Technologies.

Energtek Inc. launches new cost effective low pressure gas trailers. These trailers will further increase the convenience of operating non-pipeline gas supply chains.

Angstore launches a new low-pressure fueling tank for vehicles that can store at a working pressure of 60 bars gas quantities similar to regular CNG tanks. The fueling tank is based on the innovative proprietary technology of ANG.

On June 24, 2007, Energtek Inc. completed the exercise of the option granted on November 8, 2006. Energtek Inc. now owns approximately 45% of Angstore's stock.

On June 20, 2007, the Company decided to redeem warrants it had issued in August 2006 by purchasing such warrants from the holders.

After having performed its first investment on 23 rd February, 2007 a British financial organization doubles its investment in Energtek Inc. to almost 2% of the issued shares of Energtek Inc.

On May 24 , 2007 pursuant to the agreement dated November 8, 2006, Energtek Inc. performed an additional exercise of its option and purchased additional stock of Angstore, owing now approximately 28.25% of Angstore's stock.

On May 22, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Registrant elected Dr. Zhenia Fleisher, a Chemistry Ph.D. as an additional director effective May 22, 2007. Since 2005, Dr. Fleisher has been a senior research scientist with Symrise Inc. in Teterboro, New Jersey Since 2003, she has been an adjunct professor at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.

Over 2.2 million units of shares and warrants have been sold at $0.50 per unit in the present round of financing that started at the end of February. Energtek Inc. list of investors was reinforced by a major Swiss bank, a major U.K. fund and an Austrian investment company specializing in the energy field.

After having performed its first investment on February 16, 2007, a leading Swiss bank increases its investment in Energtek Inc. to over 2.5% of the issued shares of Energtek Inc.

Jacob (Yaki) Enoch, a senior Automotive executive joined Energtek Inc.'s advisory board. Mr. Enoch serves as a top executive in automotive companies in Israel (Mediterranean Car Agency Ltd - Fiat, Alfa-Romeo and Lancia Distributor in Israel , Korean Motors Israel- KIA Distributor in Israel), is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Israeli Car Importers Association and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Advisory Council to the Minister of Transport and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Advisory Council to the Bank of Israel.
